Cheer Practice Rules

Practice rules:
1. Practices are not mandatory, however highly encouraged. If your cheerleader will not attend, you must communicate to her coach. Frequent
missed practices will result in your cheerleader sitting out during the game due to missed opportunities to learn the cheers.

2.   Cheerleaders will stay with their coaches from the start of practice until the end of practice.
3.   Practices will be similar to the football schedule.
-   Spring: Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday from 6:00-7:00
-   Regular Season: M,T,Th: 6:00-8:00.
-   Regular season dates will be determined at a later time.
4.   All cheerleaders are required to come to practice ready to go before 6:00.

-hair up in a ponytail, appropriate cheer clothes (t-shirt and cheer shorts, no jeans!), cheer shoes, ZERO jewelry, water bottle, and a towel to stretch.

5.   Cheerleaders will have water breaks but must stay with their team.
6.   No eating during practice
7. Practices will consist of conditioning:
- Stretching, running, jumping jacks, jumps, repetitive motions learning cheers, learning a dance, stunting, and tumbling.
8.   Thursday night practices cheerleaders must wear their practice sets: Shirt, shorts, and bow that will be provided in your package.
9.   Cheerleaders need to come to practice with a positive attitude and ready to give their 110% effort for learning motions, jumps, cheers, and half-time routine. Please encourage this behavior with your     cheerleader. If at any time the cheerleader demonstrates a negative attitude towards teammates or coach, the coach will address the behavior once, and if the cheerleader does
not correct her behavior, she will sit out for the rest of practice or game. Multiple reminders of a cheerleaders negative behavior may result in dismissal of the team.

Cheer Game Rules

Game day rules:
1. Cheerleaders MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to each game.
2. Cheerleaders MUST come in full uniform:
-Hair neatly in a high pony with bow
-Full uniform on: shell, skirt, white no-show socks, cheer shoes and pom-poms

- Water bottle full with water ONLY
- NO jewelry, NO fake nails, NO nail polish
- Towel in cheerleaders cheer bag

3. Cheerleaders must stay with their coach and team until the end of the game.
4. No eating during game day/halftime.
5. Cheerleaders need to come to the game with a positive attitude and
ready to give their 110% effort. Please encourage this behavior with your
cheerleader. If at any time the cheerleader demonstrates a negative attitude
towards teammates or coach, the coach will address the behavior once, and if

$130 total- *$60 non refundable*
Package includes:
-Cheer uniform rental for the season

****This year, we will be sizing girls for cheer uniforms and
cheerleaders will return them at the end of the season to be
properly washed and stored for the next season. The rest of the
package is your cheerleader’s to keep at the end of the season!*****
